Many impactful awards and recognitions were given at this year’s Price College of Engineering’s annual faculty and staff meeting.
Among these awards was the PCE annual Staff Outstanding Service Award given to BME’s Graduate Student Advisor, Laura Olsen.
Laura has worked with the University of Utah for nearly 30 years and has dedicated 15 years of that service to BME.
As a valuable member of the BME team, Laura has given many tireless hours, effort, and passion into helping BME students succeed. One BME faculty member shared this about Laura, “Laura is the glue that holds our graduate program together. Her knowledge, warmth, and tireless dedication make her not just a colleague, but a true champion for our students”
Congratulations to Laura Olsen for a well deserved recognition!
